This Policy applies to data collected by Meu Pé de Árvore (MPA) through its own websites (collectively, “Websites”), as well as through our applications (the “Services”) and forms:
Websites: The Websites are a platform that offers the following services: provision of information about MPA and its products, access to the login page on MPA systems and registration to express interest in MPA products accessible through the URL: https://www.meupedearvore.com/ .
Blog: The Blog is a platform that offers the following services: provision of information and content, as well as registration to express interest in MPA products, accessible throught the URL: https://www.meupedearvore.com/blog.

This is a security measure to ensure personal data is not disclosed to anyone unauthorized to receive it. We may also contact you for further details regarding your request.
Requests in a simplified format will be addressed promptly. However, if your request is complex or involves multiple inquiries, it will be addressed within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the request, as outlined in the LGPD.
In such cases, we will provide the factual or legal reasons that prevent immediate action.
5. Data retention
Personal data will only be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, and also for the purposes of complying with requests from competent authorities or any inherent legal or contractual obligations.
